| PRICES: The unit price for each plaque is as shown on the order form in Australian $ and is applicable both in Australia and Overseas. Orders for delivery within Australia are subject to a 10% Goods and Services Tax added to the cost of the plaque and freight. Orders for delivery outside Australia are not subject to a GST charge. Overseas orders are converted at the applicable currency conversion to the AUS$ at the time the relevant Bank authority accepts card payment. FREIGHT: Freight within Australia involves courier delivery wherever possible with insurance cover and requires a signature at delivery point and is subject to a GST charge. Freight outside Australia includes air freight delivery with insurance cover, proof of delivery and is NOT subject to a GST charge. Prices shown for freight are in Australian $ at the time of the ORDER. PAYMENT: All personal orders must be paid for at the time of placing the order. Payment can be by VISA or MASTERCARD. GUARANTEE: Because we want you to display your plaque with pride, we guarantee: The colour on the metal will not deteriorate, unless displayed in direct sunlight The quality of the materials used. Any plaque damaged in transit will be replaced upon its return to us. Claims for damage must be notified within 7 days after delivery. REPLICA Impressions Plaques will provide a replica of your existing degree/certificate. However, due to copyright laws and for your own safety we will not print any wording that is contained within the seal of any Institution that is printed on your certificate. AUTHENTICATION: You as the person placing the ORDER guarantee the accuracy of the information to be printed on the plaque and indemnify us as the producer in using this information. In respect to University degree and Professional Association memberships we however have the right to check the information provided (refer Security/Privacy clause (b)). PRIVACY: Impressions Plaques value the personal information you give us and we will take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorised access to that information. Impressions Plaques will not provide your personal information to any other organization for any marketing purpose. You agree that we may, subject to the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 in force, from time to time. Obtain and use information about you for the purposes of producing and delivering this order.
